Description:
Elevate RubberCover 12″ FormFlash is a flexible, uncured EPDM flashing material designed to create secure, watertight seals around complex roof details and penetrations. Its highly pliable composition allows it to easily conform to irregular shapes such as pipe penetrations, internal and external corners, roof edges, and other challenging flashing areas where standard membrane materials cannot be used effectively.
When installed in conjunction with Elevate QuickPrime™ Plus Primer, FormFlash provides excellent adhesion and long-term waterproofing performance. The material stretches and moulds easily to surfaces, ensuring a tight seal that maintains its integrity even with building movement and temperature fluctuations.
