Description:

The NEW Marley Mendip Low Pitch roof tile has a double pantile design with a slight curve in the profile to give a visually pleasing appearance. The Marley Mendip is an ideal roof tile for low pitch extensions, new builds and home renovations.

The new Mendip 12.5 concrete interlocking tile can perform at low pitches which makes it ideal for one-storey extensions and refurbishments. 12.5° – 44° pitch with a rafter length up to 6m will require a 100mm headlap
All Marley concrete interlocking tiles can achieve an ‘A+’ rating (which has the lowest environmental impact) in the Building Research Establishment’s Green Guide to Specification. 
Accreditation to the BES 6001 framework standard for ‘Responsible Sourcing’ means that projects using our concrete interlocking slates can now achieve extra credits under BREEAM and the Home Quality Mark (HQM).
